These Terms and Conditions also govern the human resources request process and your selection of human resources. The aforementioned process will be initiated upon your request for resources made on the Site. Once the resumes or profiles of human resources have been received, you must respond within 72 hours if you wish to move forward in the selection process. In case of failure to respond within 72 hours, THEDEVBLOCK may allocate the aforementioned human resources to other processes or potential customers or users of the Site.

Privacy

THEDEVBLOCK undertakes to safeguard the privacy of personal information obtained through the Site, for which it adopts a privacy policy in accordance with applicable law.

Personal information is understood to be that provided by the user both for registration and that required for the provision of the services offered through the Site, which includes data such as name, identification, age, gender, address, e-mail and telephone number.

The user acknowledges that the entry of personal information is done voluntarily and for the specific purpose of accessing the information or services of the Site.

These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed entirely by the applicable laws of the City of New York, United States of America and for the due performance and resolution of any dispute arising out of this Agreement, the Parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in New York.
